We are pleased to report that the water main has been successfully repaired and service is being restored to the affected area.

For members who experienced a loss of water or significantly reduced pressure, a Boil Water Order is in effect as a precautionary measure.

What You Need to Do:

Please bring all water to a rolling boil for at least one (1) minute, then allow it to cool before using it for:
• Drinking
• Cooking
• Making ice
• Brushing teeth
• Washing food

Boiling kills bacteria and other organisms that may be present due to the temporary loss of pressure.

What Caused This:

During the repair, some areas experienced a temporary loss of water pressure. When pressure drops, there is a potential for contamination to enter the water system. As a precaution, we are issuing this notice to ensure your safety.

What We’re Doing:

Our crew has completed the repair and is:
• Restoring full system pressure
• Flushing the affected area
• Collecting water samples for testing

The Boil Water Order will remain in place until testing confirms the water is safe. A follow-up notice will be issued once the order is lifted.

We would also like to extend a sincere thank you to the members who stopped by with food and support for our crew. Your kindness and appreciation truly mean a lot, especially during long hours and challenging conditions.

We understand the inconvenience this may cause and truly appreciate your patience as we work to ensure the safety and reliability of our water system.
