FY 2027 BUDGET AND DUES: At the February 21, 2026 Board of Trustees Meeting, the Board approved the Budget for Fiscal Year 2027.
The Dues will increase by 5% and will be as follows:
House – $1,133.00 annually or $138.30 per month
Lot – $929.00 annually or $97.90 per month
Extra Lot – $204.00 annually or $20.40 per month
