Effective May 18, 2024, the Board of Trustees has updated the Tree Cutting Policy by expanding the permissible distances around personal residences, garages, sheds, septic tanks, and more. In addition, fines for unauthorized tree removal have been increased.
Below are the revised Tree Cutting Policy and Tree Cutting Application, all changes are marked in red.
