FY 23 Dues Amounts

At the February 19, 2022 Board of Trustees Meeting, the Board approved the Budget for Fiscal Year 2023.

The Dues will increase slightly, after four years of remaining the same, and will be as follows:

House        – $1,110.00 yearly or $116.00 per month

Lot             – $775.00 yearly or $82.50 per month

Extra Lot    – $170.00 or $17.00 per month
