As we approach the new Fiscal Year beginning May 1, 2026, please note the updated annual dues:
House Lot: $1,333.00 annually or $138.30/month
Undeveloped Lot: $929.00 annually or $97.90/month
Additional Lot: $204.00 annually or $20.40/month
The office will start mailing out the billing information by March 31st. If you do not receive your mailing by April 10th, please contact the office.
