There is a water main break near the intersection of Leisure Lane and Deer Crossing Road, Limerick.
Our Public Works crew will begin repairs first thing tomorrow morning. Members in the surrounding area should be prepared for water disruptions, low water pressure, or a temporary loss of water while repairs are underway.
Please use caution when traveling through this area, as crews and equipment will be working in and around the roadway.
Brown or Discolored Water:
Repairs to the water system can stir up naturally occurring sediment in the water mains. If you experience brown or discolored water:
- Run your cold water for several minutes until it clears.
- Avoid doing laundry until the water is running clear.
- If possible, avoid running hot water while the water is discolored so sediment does not enter your hot water tank.
Updates will be provided if a boil water notice becomes necessary.
