Effective May 1st: The Board of Trustees voted to increase the Building Impact Fees for new home construction. Following are the price increases:
Homes that are under 1200 Sq. Feet of living space will be charged a $15,000.00 Impact Fee.
Homes that are over 1200 Sq. Feet of living space will be charged a $10,000.00 Impact Fee.
Lake Arrowhead Community has seen a remarkable amount of building over the past couple of years, as of today we are at a total of 1399 homes in our community. Because of the number of new homes being built, it has been taxing on our water system, roads and amenities and the Board felt an increase was necessary to help defray some of those increased costs.
