FY 2025 BUDGET AND DUES: At the February 17, 2024 Board of Trustees Meeting, the Board approved the Budget for Fiscal Year 2025.
The Dues will increase by 3.8% and will be as follows:
House – $1,210.00 annually or $126.00 per month
Lot – $844.50 annually or $89.45 per month
Extra Lot – $185.30 annually or $18.53 per month
